Our work begins with verifiable source records and a defined buyer question—not with a promotional conclusion.

1. We separate three kinds of information

• Label facts: serving size, ingredients, amounts, cautions, and responsible company shown on the reviewed label.
• Seller statements: pricing, shipping, guarantees, directions, bonuses, and marketing claims attributed to the seller.
• Independent evidence: information from government agencies, recognized clinical institutions, systematic reviews, and primary research.

2. We match evidence to the exact claim

An ingredient mechanism is not a finished-product outcome. A study is relevant only when its ingredient form, dose, population, duration, and measured result are reasonably comparable. Unknown doses remain unknown.

3. We review commercial details as time-sensitive

Package prices, shipping, bonuses, availability, and guarantees can change. Product pages show the review date and direct readers to confirm the final terms with the seller before payment.

4. We disclose limitations and conflicts

We state whether a label came from the seller, was supplied for review, or could not be fully verified. Affiliate compensation does not give a manufacturer or seller approval over our conclusions.

5. We correct material errors
